MONTHLY CASH DRAWING RULES

• No purchase is necessary. Limit one entry per person.

• Entries must be received by email to contest@fscreations.com or by U.S. mail to FSCreations, Inc., 621 Mehring Way, Suite 228, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, and must include the entrant's name, address, and telephone number. Entries must be received by midnight on the last day of the month to be eligible for that month's drawing. FSCreations is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged, illegible, or misdirected entries. Entries become the property of FSCreations and will not be returned. Limit of one entry per person.

• Drawing is open to all U.S. residents except where void or restricted by law. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. FSCreations employees, immediate family, and anyone living in the same household of such employees are not eligible. Void in Rhode Island and those states where prohibited or restricted by law.

• On or about the 5th of each month, FSCreations will randomly select the winners. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to hold harmless FSCreations, its affiliates, sponsors, independent contractors, administrators, subsidiaries, distributors, and agencies and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability for injuries or damages of any kind sustained while involved in a contest activity.

• Entrants agree to be bound by these rules. No assignment, transfer, or substitution of the prizes will be permitted except by sponsors. All prizes will be awarded, provided a sufficient number of entries are received. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Any person who supplies false information will be disqualified.

• The names of the prize winners (available one month following each drawing) may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to FSCreations, Inc., 621 Mehring Way, Suite 228, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, or by sending an email request to contest@fscreations.com.
